The main power jet may be clogged or the fuel level in the bowl is too low, fuel filter clogged, port to fuel pump from crank case may be loose. Not sure how you have the starter circuitry wired, but if it uses a solenoid and the key switch, there may be a wiring problem or a bad ignition switch.
